Shipping policy

Shipping is free for Singapore and Malaysia orders S$50 and above. For Singapore orders under S$50, delivery fee is S$5. For Malaysia orders under S$50, delivery fee is S$10.

 

Shipping is free for international orders S$100 and above.

 

For orders to Singapore, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
For international orders, delivery takes 5 to 15 working days.

 

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer/receiver.

Free international shipping is only applicable to countries we currently ship to listed below.

Beyond The Vines is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.

During sale and festive seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders.

Due to the current global shipping climate, we’re unable to ship to the United States at this time. We’re constantly reviewing our shipping options and will do our best to resume US deliveries as soon as it becomes possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and support — and we’ll be sure to open up shipping options once we’re able to ship to you again!
